Utropiia is by far the continent’s most populous city, although the exact size of its population is unknown as the last census had to be aborted for logistical issues.

The city has been molded by wave after wave of immigrants in search of the Utroppian dream, at the same time as it has forced them to adapt to its disorienting pace of life.

Utropiians have a lack of restraint, a sense of daring and even provocation that would be shocking anywhere else. Walking the streets one is met with a deluge of faces and outlandish fashions that is unendingly fascinating.
