Utropiia was created by Lionel May as a world in which to tell multiple stories centered around architecture, retro-futurism, science fiction, and the early photography of Eadweard Muybridge, Brassai and Edward Steichen. 

The pictures on this site are created with Midjourney and Photoshop. Illustrations, collages, personal b&w pictures and vintage pictures are fed into Midjourney and used to generated multiple images that are then composited and reworked in Photoshop into a final image.
